ForClarity Analytics ("we") is a people analytics consultancy run by Raj Kothari. This page explains what personal data we collect when you contact us, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Details you send us by email or through a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form, such as your name, work email, company, job title and your answers to the form's questions.
• The fact that you responded to one of our LinkedIn ads, and which one.

This website does not use cookies, analytics trackers or advertising pixels.

How we use it

• To reply to your request and arrange the call or review you asked for.
• To send you a proposal if you ask for one.

We don't sell your data, share it with other companies for their marketing, or add you to a newsletter without asking.

Legal basis

We process your data because you asked us to contact you (your consent on the form), and for our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Where it is stored

Lead form responses are held by LinkedIn and retrieved through our social media tools provider, Zernio. Email is handled by Zoho Mail and Cloudflare Email Routing. These providers act as processors on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, or for the length of any engagement plus the period required for tax records. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

If you are in the UK, EU or EEA, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to how we use it. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. To make a request, email raj@forclarity.company. We'll reply within 30 days.
